About a week ago, I lost my writing journal so I guess my goal at the moment is to revive the writing piece I was working on at the time. I have been squishing notes into my blue moleskin about a mortician who is a part of a corrupted society. There's a woman who has amnesia so she's an unreliable minor character who used to be a news speaker (Dorothy?). I want the mortician to have asthma but also smoke legalised marijuana equivalent just for the irony of his choices on reliance. This story should be reflective of the situation in Korea being a communist nation which can be more affecting on the people in the country than anywhere else. And include a mini excerpt about the tyranny of choices and that link to social stratification and forced labour. Maybe a store which is known for having been created by sweatshops but not considered enough by the public as it is censored in the media. Not quite 1984 or Clockwork Orange but more like Brave New World. See you later. Peace out my fellow Dinosaurs. spoiler: there may be a death in the family of strangulation by a hole in the heart.
Today, I've decided to change my original 100-day project end goal. I've spent the last two weeks trying to find my blue journal of 1 year. It had all my ideas and plans for writing. I've given up searching for it and would like to start fresh. Tomorrow, I will be going out to purchase a new writing journal, start outlining plans for a children's picture book and stop mourning the loss of my writing. I have to manage to scavenge the photographic evidence of some writing pieces from that journal and will post it on my blog in the subpage, "writing". The link will be at the end of this post. For now, time to start from the beginning. https://awritingodyssey.wordpress.com/category/writing/ "Old as the morning, Young as the sea" - Passenger
