Wanderlust - India Pale Ale. From the Breakside Brewery. A German word, but I guess most English (or Indo-European) speaking people understand the meaning. In Swedish we have the word "Resfeber" which means "travelling fever", the lust, fever and desire to wander, travel. This big bottle of IPA brought back some memories of my early days of Wanderlust; I was travelling in India, it was quite an adventure. At the time I was staying in the town of Poona, and I was travelling by bike. It was hot and I was thirsty. Then, amazingly, there was a vendor on the roadside (they are plentiful over there) , I swear it was "just a kid", but he had a cooler full of ice and big brown bottles of "London Beer". This was the beginning of my first and only alcohol related traffic accident. I bought one of those heavenly cold big brown bottles, in the tropical heat, sat down and drank it. Then I kept on biking and I ended up in the ditch. Just some bruises and good memories. Wanderlust.
