I couldn't make up my mind so I'm doing a couple of things. Mostly I want to restore a window frame that's been sitting in the carport for years. It's big and will be a long and difficult job. Part of the project will involve the logistics of getting it out from under a pile of firewood and rubble, and being able to work on it outside. I'm also finishing a shawl I started knitting a couple of years ago. It has about 360 rows so if I do a couple a night I should just about get there. Problem is, none of this makes for great visuals. Meh. You can look at photos of my cat or something.
Hey Donna, had a look at your window frame and i reckon its saveable. There is some rot so some pieces will have to be replaced but once its stripped, repaired and painted you will never know it was damaged. I recommend you get it out from where its sitting and lay it out flat on some saw horses or bricks or similar. That way u get it off the ground and you can see what you are working with. Let me know when its completely stripped and ill advise you on the repairs
