I like to do a practice I call "circles" as a way of processing or expressing my emotions. I'm not always able to understand my feelings on a conscious level but using art can be a way of accessing and expressing my feelings. While I would usually do a number of circles at one time, because I'm doing this for 100 days I'm just going to do one circle a day. Each circle is simply an expression of how i'm feeling - I don't set out to deliberately fill a circle with a picture. I'm interested to see how this changes over the 100 days as I'm hoping to make this mixed media as opposed to my usual coloured pencils.
